How do I book a ticket?
To book a ticket find the flight you are interested in, press Register here and fill in the registration form. After the registration: If the flight is planned, but not yet confirmed, you will receive booking confirmation first and further information updates later, when flight status changes to CONFIRMED. If the flight status is CONFIRMED, you will receive booking confirmation and payment instructions.
How do I book tickets, if I am travelling with my family or in a group?
Choose the amount of passengers travelling with you in corresponding query in the registration form.
How do I change my name or other information if I have entered it wrong in the registration form?

How do I pay for the ticket?
You will receive the invoice for your ticket. Please make bank transfer to the bank account (IBAN) indicated in the invoice. It is Latvian bank, so you might need to choose European or International payments. Credit card payments are not accepted.
Can I pay by credit card?
No. Only bank transfer.
Can I return or change my ticket if I decide not to fly?
After the flight is confirmed, the tickets become non-refundable and non-changeable.
What is included in the ticket price?
Flight according to the route, airport charges and taxes, cabin baggage 5 kg per passenger. And depending on the flight, registered baggage 20 kg per passenger.
Are there any discounts for kids?
There are no discounts for kids.
Can I order food in advance or on board?
Meals will be provided and included in the ticket price.
How will I receive my ticket?
The ticket will be sent to your email when the payment is made. Please note sometimes it may take more time than usual, due to the special status of flight.
How will I get my boarding pass?
You will receive your boarding pass in the airport on check-in.
How do I check-in for my flight?
There is no on-line check-in. You have to check-in at the airport. For check-in at the airport, please present electronic or printed tickets. Check-in starts two hours before the flight if on the ticket is not stated otherwise.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can present electronic ticket from your mobile device on check-in.
What are the baggage allowances?
Depending on the flight baggage allowance may be either one hand baggage for free per passenger or one hand baggage and one registered baggage for free per passenger.
Hand/cabin baggage maximum 5 kg and 55x45x25 cm.
Registered baggage maximum 20 kg 100x50x80 cm.
Check the baggage allowances in the registration form.
What if the weight of the checked bag exceeds 20 kg?
Only a limited number of overweight baggage is allowed on each flight. You must request it in advance. If the airline can confirm, space for heavy baggage is still available, you will have to pay a fee in the amount of 30 EUR for heavy baggage. The maximum weight is 32 kg.
Can I order extra baggage?
Only a limited number of extra baggage is allowed on each flight. You must request it in advance. If the airline can confirm, space for extra baggage is still available, you will have to pay a fee in the amount of 50 EUR for your extra baggage. The maximum weight is 20 kg.
Can I take my bicycle with me?
Only a limited number of bicycles is allowed on each flight. You must request it in advance. If the airline can confirm it, you will have to pay a fee in the amount of 80 EUR for it.
IMPORTANT! A bicycle must be packed for transport so that the handlebars are turned parallel to the wheel, the pedals are removed and the tires - deflated. All sharp points on the bicycle must be covered with thick plastic or cardboard. Tandems or bicycles equipped with an engine are not accepted for transportation.
Can I take my golf equipment with me?
Only a limited number of golf bags is allowed on each flight. You must request it in advance. If the airline can confirm it, you will have to pay a fee in the amount of 50 EUR for it.
Can I take my surfing equipment with me?
Only a limited number of surfing equipment is allowed on each flight. You must request it in advance. If the airline can confirm it, you will have to pay a fee in the amount of 40 to 80 EUR for it.
IMPORTANT! If you have surfing equipment, you must arrive at check-in considerably earlier than the normal check-in time, due to the special transport arrangements required for such equipment. One set of such equipment includes either: one kite board and one kite/one surfboard / one set of windsurfing equipment. The items must be packed in one bag.
How can I order any additional baggage?

I want to travel with my dog / cat Only a certain number of pets are allowed on each flight.
If you intend to take a pet along with you, you must declare this in advance, so that the airline can confirm if there is still space available in the animal quota. The measurements of the transportation cage, bag or box as well as the total weight of the animal and box must also be provided.Small dogs and cats can be carried in the cabin. The total weight of the pet and the transportation cage must not exceed 8 kg and the maximum dimensions are 55x45x25 cm. Fee per one pet in the cabin is 60 EUR. Pets exceeding mentioned weight and dimensions, must be sent as cargo, if available. One passenger can only have one transportation box or bag. All dogs and cats must be identifiable by a microchip or a clearly readable tattoo, must have a passport with certification of anti-rabies vaccinations and information concerning the health status of the animal.
Can a child travel alone ?
Young persons of 12 - 17 years old may travel alone within the EU. Children who are 5 - 12 years old may travel as unaccompanied minors. The unaccompanied minor service must be arranged in advance. Contact us for more information.
Is it possible to travel with a personal wheelchair?
Yes. Consider that the airline can not stow your wheelchairs in the cabin. Manual wheelchairs may be used for getting to and from departure and arrival gates and will be forwarded to cargo from and to there. Electric/battery-powered wheelchairs must always be checked in as baggage at the check-in counter and you will be transferred to the gate by the airline's ground staff using an airport wheelchair
IMPORTANT! When making a ticket reservation, it is obligatory to indicate the type of wheelchair, its dimensions and weight in the comment section. If travelling with a motorized wheelchair, you must indicate what type of battery it uses.
If I need special assistance due to reduced mobility?
When you make ticket reservation, please choose the most appropriate for you in corresponding section: - Airport wheelchair to/from the aircraft needed, I can walk in the aircraft and up/down the steps myself - Airport wheelchair to/from the aircraft needed, I need to be carried up/down the steps - I need to be carried up/down the steps and into/from the cabin and seat - Other assistance. When choosing other assistance, you will need to describe fully and precisely what kind of assistance you need.
If I need to travel after or before the flight, can I reserve the tickets for connection flights?
We advise you not to book other tickets until flight is confirmed and you have received the invoice.
